A.    Outplacement services provide valuable job search information.  However, we have found that oftentimes the information is not personalized for the individual or the service provided by the employer was not long enough to thoroughly prepare the client to find that perfect job.  At Occupational Zen, we build on traditional job search information by synthesizing it into a comprehensive, personalized, branded package of materials uniquely applicable for each individual client.  We supplement the job search skills training with self-exploration and assessments to enable our clients to gain clarity about what jobs and work environment is ideal for them so they can thrive and build meaningful careers.  Additionally, we build and maintain a relationship with our clients throughout the job search, providing encouragement and adjustments as needed to ensure quick, successful results.

Q.    How do I know whether workshops or individual coaching is a better fit for me?

A.    The workshops are held at the beautiful KU Edwards Campus located at 126th and Quivira in Overland Park.  The professional, academic atmosphere is an ideal location to inspire us to reveal our best selves and achieve our dreams.
